Business model

Pantec Biosolutions AG follows a "flexible three pillar" model, which consists of three major partners responsible of providing different important parts of the "package solution".
The three partners are a pharmaceutical company with a drug delivery demand in a certain therapeutic area, an innovative patch company delivering the intraepidermal patches and Pantec Biosolutions responsible for device development and production.

One possible business model is,

• Pantec Biosolutions (PBS) is responsible for the P.L.E.A.S.E.^® - device production and general project management
  
• The patch company will develop and manufacture an optimised intraepidermal drug formulation in close collaboration with PBS and the Pharma partner.
  
• The Pharma partner will take the drug product(s) through clinical phases and to approval in close collaboration with PBS and the Patch company.
  
• The Pharma partner will distribute the "package" – device plus drug intraepidermal systems (patches).
