Other therapy areas

Pantec Biosolutions constantly looks at interesting applications for P.L.E.A.S.E., always with the goal to improve current therapy delivery forms.
P.L.E.A.S.E. can deliver molecules from 234 Da to 155,000 Da (in vitro permeation data) across the skin. Suitable drugs are large molecules such as peptides, proteins, antibodies polysaccharides and DNA/RNA, as well as small molecules, which are difficult to formulate or to deliver.
The diagram shows in vitro skin permeation data starting from small molecules such as the topical aesthetic lidocaine or the NSAID diclofenac all the way up to anti-thymocyte globulin, an antibody with a molecular weight of 150 KDa used as immunosuppressant to prevent rejection from allotransplants (transplanted human tissue parts such as limbs and facial parts from other people).
