Thomas Bragagna, Chief Technology Officer

After finishing his apprenticeship in Austria specializing in audio electronics Thomas Bragagna realised his talent not only as an electronic engineer, but also as a people manager.

At a Swiss based company he advanced his electronics knowledge in high power electronics and in parallel he built up a logistics department with finally 13 employees. From that company he moved to Pantec Engineering, a high-tech company in Liechtenstein working initially as a test field engineer, later as an application engineer and then as head of the department Electronic Systems.

He also is in constant training at various universities to keep up with the fast-track development. His efforts, his innovative mind and his unbroken will to succeed yielded him the leading technical management position within Pantec Biosolutions. There he led his team to complete the development of the world's smallest and most efficient mid-IR lasers and laser diode drivers in only three years. 
His current main task is to shift device development to high volume production.

Thomas brings into the company excellent general engineering and management skills as well as major experience in innovation management and in the generation of intellectual property.
